The Role

The Business Development Manager role is all about passion, delivery, growth and ongoing achievement in commercial performance. This role provides a unique career platform to develop your sales expertise, underlining your position as a respected provider of social media talent solutions.

This position is of central importance to the success of MrWork and the clients we assist. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating sales opportunities that cement MrWork’s reputation, fuel our growth and expand our delivery capability.

About You

Ideally, you’ll be an established provider of Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing/Media solutions. Possessing multiple years of proven industry experience, you already enjoy a cultivated relevant client network and a reputation for solutions delivery.

Understanding Social Media and Talent Acquisition markets, you’ll be a consultative seller who excels at building lasting business relationships. Attracting and developing new clients, you’ll have an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to illustrate the benefits of non-tangible services. Embracing the responsibility for selling MrWork solutions to new clients you will also educate users on best-practice and promote a framework for future success.
